Our hands our part of what define the human race and should be considered significant  when they show up in your dream. Hands in a dream can allude to hard work and 'hands-on' activity in your waking life. It can represent a promise or keeping your word. It can also represent the need to reach out and touch someone or hold hands for support in some aspect of your waking life.Hands can also represent a round cheering you on in your waking life.

It has also been said you can use the act of looking for your hands in a dream to clue you in that you are dreaming- thus putting you into a lucid dreaming state. Lucid dreaming is when you are aware that you are dreaming while you are still dreaming.
