i have pretty lucid dreams revolving around turtles (both land and water turtles but usually box turtles) like almost every night, seriously. i mean, i'm definitely a turtle person but it is really interesting. the other night, for example, i dreamt about a dead almost mummified baby turtle that i went up to and touched back to life. wild.....

Or, it could be that there is some deeper message or guidance or direction that is being suggested. Your near nightly recurrence of lucid dreams about the same animal seems to suggest that there is an even greater purpose or cause that you're ignoring or refusing to see right now; like, something that is representative of your authentic self- your truest purpose- that you're just still trying to figure out.
Turtles are ancient animals which suggest almost a shaman like ancient wisdom and connection with nature. Also, turtles carry their homes on their back, which suggests carrying a burden or being mobile and able to settle in anywhere. It also makes me think of a hermit since they are often alone. Turtles, all types, are strongly connected with water. Water represents your unconscious mind and spirituality. But, box turtles, which you said you usually dream about, are land animals which suggest a strong sense of grounded-ness and connection to "Mother Earth". To me, that seems like a suggestion that you're very strongly connected to both your conscious (egoic) mind and your unconscious mind. A box turtle also makes me think of being boxed in; like the idea that by being a "turtle person" you live in a limited scope (or in a box), but you are capable of ancient wisdom in a thinking outside of the box kind of way.
Specific to the mummified baby turtle dream...
First of all, it was mummified- meaning it had been dead for a long time- and you brought it back to life. It makes me think about something that you've recently brought back into your life, like something that is "young" whether it is a spark of an idea or a new direction or something that you've just begun to think about again. Also, the idea that it was dead for a long time, could suggest that it is something that hasn't been in your conscious mind since, maybe even childhood, infancy, or before you were born.
