Recurring Dreams
Some recurring dreams are the exact same story line while others simply carry the same theme or symbols in different story lines. Either way, a recurring dream usually means there is an issue or an emotion that the dreamer is ignoring during waking life. Recurring dreams are thespirit’s way of bringing the issue or emotion to one's attention. For example, a dreamer could be having a dream about being caught in a tornado whenever her waking life gets too stressful. This dream is simply letting the dreamer know that she needs to pay attention to her stress level. As soon as the dreamer deasl with the issue or emotion that the dream represents, she will stop having the dream. The benefit of recurring dreams is that once you know what it represents, when you have the dream again you’ll know why it is occurring and can address the issue or emotion upon waking.
